Work on robots performing painting, welding and inspection actions in a fully integrated facility using equipment from Fanuc and Motoman.
Activities:
Troubleshoot robots and controllers to diagnose issues, recommend part orders for broken parts, or perform repairs to fix issues.
Perform regular maintenance on machines from Fanuc, Motoman and more.
Assist with machinery set up and digital controller programming.
Recommend process changes to facilitate more efficient and safer production.
Inspect work performed by robots to determine if machinery is performing correctly.
Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent and 2
years hands-on maintenance of robots or similar machinery.
Familiarity with robotics, automation and logic controllers.
Knowledge of Allen Bradley equipment and software.
